Raw Leaf Story , hereinafter called “RLS” is engaged in the produce and supply of fresh seasonal vegetables , fruits and other local staples from its own as well as its affiliate farms located across India.

By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its Terms. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. RLS only grants use and access to this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its Terms.

No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Site. Access to this Site does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner.

That you will use the services provided by the Site, its a-liates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.

Any unauthorized use of the site as stated above and/or otherwise shall reserve the right of RLS to take legal proceedings in accordance with law, to seek permanent injunction, damages and all/any other remedies available in both civil and criminal law.

User Accounts

As a user of this website, you will be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Pricing & Other Variables:

Kindly note that the prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the basis of billing, nevertheless some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change due to varied reasons. Therefore, the billing will be done on the basis of the price on the date of ordering and no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

We have displayed reference pictures of produce on this site for easy identification of products and not otherwise and the actual shapes, colours, texture, etc., may vary. Although we follow stringent quality checks and try to make our best effort to supply you with fresh, healthy, naturally grown organic goods, due to the inherent nature of land and the produce coming from Earth, you may find some dust, mud, insects etc., inside the vegetables. There is nothing to be alarmed as it is direct produce from the Earth in its naturally occurring conditions. If unsatisfied with this, you may return the goods there and then at the time of delivery and balance payment shall be credited to your account.

Prices of fresh, leafy vegetables , fruits etc do change on daily bases as it depends upon the production of vegetables under favourable conditions . We are farmers who directly supply vegetables etc from our Farms and from other farmers under contract farming.

All fresh produce are sold on estimated weight. Although retail rates displayed are for giving information but actual weight may differ / vary as all the product cannot be sold in pieces like pumpkins etc., Final invoice shall be prepared on actual weight and price of that item shall be charged on actual weight which will be based upon the information given on retail price. Due to the perishable nature of some products like spinach, mint etc., There can be some weight loss in form of water loss, prices will be charged as of the weight of product before packaging.

 

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds:

You as a customer can cancel your order by reaching us at rawleafstory@gmail.com or at 9354960867 within  24  hours of placing the order. In such a case we will credit in your account, if any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion will cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

You agree and confirm:

1. That the address along with PIN code at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made and your contact number will be correct and proper in all respects.
2. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
3. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. RLS reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other a-liated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
4. That any refund or return request shall be made by you within 12 hours post placing an order as RLS will be unable to process cancellation, refund or return request beyond 12 hours post placing the order.
5. That you will use the services provided by the Site, its a-liates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
6. You authorise RLS to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order/account.
7. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) RLS is not liable to re-attempt delivery or rectify it or compensate you in any form or manner. Rather, the first delivery attempt cost incurred by RLS for the unsuccessful delivery shall be claimed from you.
8. That you or any other person shall not use any unlawful, unparliamentary abusive , vulgar language or any other material in any form via any way on this site otherwise legal action shall be taken.

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 2- 3 business days. Orders are not delivered on holidays.

RLS delivers across NCR with the exception of some Pin codes. If the website does not auto feed your Pin code, you can contact us to check if we provide service in your pincode.

We assure timely delivery in the slotted / schedule slot time but due to unavoidable circumstance beyond our control including but not limited to government regulations, act of god and /or other Force Majeure conditions .,  the delivery schedule may be affected. Under such circumstance/s, RLS shall not be liable to pay any compensation or loss or any kind.

Modification of Terms of Service or this Agreement:

RLS may at any time modify the Terms of Service of the Website or this Agreement without any prior notification to you, and by continuing to use the Service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms of Service of this Site.

Limitation on liability

RLS and/or AddOn Life Organics is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website or the website being attacked by a third party.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AddOn Life Organics LLP and its affiliates and hold AddOn Life Organics LLP and its affiliates harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RLS , its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to RLS or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us or any data shared by you or otherwise., shall be resolved via a sole arbitrator, to be appointed by AddOnLife Organics LLP. The venue of arbitration shall be at Delhi and the language of Arbitration shall be English.

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of India shall govern its terms and conditions, and any dispute of any nature or manner that might come between AddOnLife Organics LLP and you, or its business partners and associates , the courts at New Delhi, India shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
